Multi-Turn delivered exactly what Dorchester Living needed: quality craftsmanship staircases backed by seamless service throughout.

As Rob Ewers, Senior Site Agent for Dorchester Living at Upper Hayford Park, explains: “It goes together lovely, it’s delivered lovely, the service is great, we have no problems with the quality, and I’d recommend them to anybody.”

The Multi-Turn Difference
What set the partnership apart was the combination of product excellence and operational reliability across three critical touchpoints:

• Assembly quality – “It goes together lovely” – staircases that require no rework or remedial attention

• Delivery consistency – “It’s delivered lovely” – reliable, on-time delivery across all 315 units

• Professional service – “The service is great” – responsive, knowledgeable support throughout the project

For a developer managing a 315-unit scheme, this level of consistency across all three areas is essential. Site managers need to trust that every staircase will arrive ready to install, without delays or quality issues.

The testimonial reflects genuine operational success across a substantial project. Rob’s recommendation – “I’d recommend it to anybody” – comes from hands-on experience managing 315 units where staircase supply is critical to site progression.

For a large-scale developer, finding a staircase supplier who can deliver this level of quality and service consistency is essential. What Upper Hayford Park demonstrates is exactly what staircases for housebuilders should deliver: quality craftsmanship staircases that assemble perfectly, arrive reliably, and are backed by professional service.
