Brighton is one of the most land-constrained cities in the country, with the South Downs National Park and the sea leaving very little room to build. Most new development fits onto smaller brownfield sites within the city itself. A handful of larger sites at the edges, like Rottingdean, have space for more spacious houses instead. Multi-Turn manufactures timber staircases for developments across Brighton, whatever the size or setting of the site.

Reliable staircase supply for Brighton developments
A staircase for a smaller site within Brighton itself often needs to work within a tighter footprint, while a house on the edge of the city can be built to a more generous design. We produce every staircase to the specification of your project, so contractors get a consistent fit whether it’s a smaller city site or a larger development elsewhere in Brighton.

For a 392-unit project, Multi-Turn was chosen as the reliable staircase partner. The requirement was clear: consistent, high-quality staircases delivered through a streamlined service from call-off to fitting.
