Leicestershire is experiencing a variety of housing projects. From urban extensions around Leicester and Loughborough, to sit alongside steady housebuilding in Hinckley, Market Harborough and Melton Mowbray. Each project brings its own staircase requirements, different layouts, different house types, different timescales. Multi-Turn manufactures for all of it, working from your drawings so each staircase matches the plot it was made for.

One manufacturer across every Leicestershire house type
For developers running multiple house types on one site, consistency matters as much as accuracy. When the same staircase design appears across twenty plots, every one of them needs to be identical, and when a site mixes three or four house types, each staircase still has to arrive matched to the right plot. That’s what we achieve for Leicestershire housebuilders day in, day out, from Leicester’s growth areas to schemes in the county’s market towns.

Staircases for Small and Medium-Sized Projects
A 5-star Home Builders Federation builder approached Multi-Turn to supply softwood stairs for their new development. Known for unique homes in sought-after locations, the stairs had to reflect the client’s style and uphold their reputation.
Staircases for Large-Scale Projects
For a 392-unit project, Multi-Turn was chosen as the reliable staircase partner. The requirement was clear: consistent, high-quality staircases delivered through a streamlined service from call-off to fitting.
