Rutland

Development in Rutland tends to be smaller in scale but higher in expectation. Builds in the villages around Rutland Water and on the edges of Oakham and Uppingham are often individually designed homes where the staircase is a feature, not just a way between floors. Multi-Turn manufactures timber staircases to match that standard, with the accuracy to suit bespoke layouts and the finish to sit at the centre of a high-spec home.

Made-to-measure staircases for Rutland’s builds

Because so much of Rutland’s housebuilding is one-off or small-scheme work, no two staircases we supply here are quite the same. Each one is manufactured from the drawings for that specific property, whether it’s a straight flight in a village home near Uppingham or something more complex for a larger house outside Oakham. The result is the same either way: a staircase that fits first time and looks like it belongs there.
