We are seeking skilled and experienced Staircase Bench Joiners to join our woodworking team. As a Staircase Bench Joiner, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality staircases, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in woodworking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from detailed drawings and specifications to construct timber staircases.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden components to create bespoke staircases based on client requirements.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure precision in joinery work.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Staircase Bench Joiner or similar role in woodworking.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and craftsmanship.
- Skilled in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, bespoke products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Relevant apprenticeship or formal education in carpentry or joinery.
- Previous experience in crafting staircases.
