*Terms and conditions apply. Applies to staircase orders only. Approved order confirmations must be returned within 48 hours. Order confirmations must be returned at least 7 working days prior to delivery. Delivery date is as shown on the order confirmation, or any subsequent date agreed by both parties in writing. This promise does not include glass balustrade (which is supplied after the stairs have been installed and a second site survey has been completed). It does not include stairs with continuous handrail fittings or metal spindles due to the longer manufacturing lead times often required for these bespoke products to ensure you get high quality goods.
