CLIENT: Multi-Turn have been the preferred stair supplier for this housing developer for over 15 years and, as such, we were called on to produce the oak carpeted stairs for this high spec site.
PROJECT BRIEF
To help uphold our client's outstanding reputation for high standards of build quality, the stairs for this development would need to reflect the high spec build. We also needed to help the client maintain profitability with swift and seamless service to prevent the potential for delays.
The hallway in each home was to be of a contemporary finish and needed to be warm and welcoming to attract buyers.
OUR SOLUTION
An initial site survey completed by our projects team removed all responsibility for measurements from the client and allowed us to create bespoke designs for each home that would conform with building regulations.
Our team produced the oak stairs and balustrade; which was finished with a volute feature at the end of the handrails to add a little flair to the design. The oak was coloured and treated to match the interior doors, creating a true wow-factor finish in each hallway.
